Cancellations
You may cancel an order of a stock product by email to info@horseplay-inflatables.com before it is fulfilled at no cost. You will receive a full refund. Please bear in mind that repeated cancellation cause costs and disruptions for a small business like ours. We reserve the right to exclude customers who cancel orders repeatedly without reason from further purchases.
Custom-made and made-to-order products can only be cancelled during the first 24 hours after the purchase. Following that period, 80% of the product price is non-refundable.
Pre-orders are binding. Please read the pre-order terms and conditions on the product page(s) closely! Depending on your payment method and the cancellation/refund fees imposed by the payment provider we reserve the right to charge up to 10% of the order value for a pre-order cancellation. Personal hardship will be considered though.
Returns
Our general returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not accept returns of items that are not in their original condition, are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Unless an item is defective, or you have received the wrong item, return shipping is at your own expense.
Custom-made or made-to-order products cannot be returned/exchanged (except if found defective or if the wrong item has been delivered or made - see below).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, depending on the payment provider.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged when they arrive at the customers place - either due to damage during shipping or due to manufacturing defects found upon first inflation. The defect has to be reported within 30 days of receiving the item. Items damaged during use are not eligible for exchanges or refunds (except dakimakura covers). If you wish to exchange the defective item for the same item, send us an email at info@horseplay-inflatables.com to receive instructions for returning your defective item. Please do not return without approval, as we may not be able to cover your shipping costs then.
Alternatively, you may return the item for a refund.
Please DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REPAIR DAMAGED ITEMS! If you attempt to repair a defective or damaged items, we will unfortunately not be able to exchange it or offer a refund.
Please DO NOT INFLATE INFLATABLE PRDUCTS BY MOUTH! Due to hygienic reasons we cannot accept returns (and offer exchanges) of items that have been mouth-inflated!
Dakimakuras and blankets made through Art-N-Prints are covered by a 2 year warranty for printing and material. If the product fails, even though you have adhered to the care instructions, then we will replace the item or refund you the purchase price.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail it to the address provided by us. Depending on the nature of the return, you may receive a return label or you may be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are generally non-refundable if your are merely returning an item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over €50 (ca. US$ 60), you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
